I wish to update my previous review. I have accepted the explanation from the Serentia shop. They have already rectified & resolved the shipping issue. To admit their error, they have refunded the full cost of my order. Besides, they are sending their original products for me to try. Im totally satisfiied. First time i write a review. The company has the online tool to match your skin comolexion, for reasonable price ,you will get a quality product. It takes whats it advertise. No disappointments. Not to me anyway. Keep advertising real!!!

Customer service was impeccable! I was having trouble with my order in regards to skin matching. I reached out to share my feedback about the product and immediately received a reply asking for more details about my concerns. After going into detail about the shades appearing lighter in person than advertised, customer service was adamant about making it right and helping me the perfect match. Their response times were quick and appreciate that they were willing to listen and work with me.
