I ordered a shade that was a little too pale from what my wife needed, so I emailed the support email provided asking if I could exchange for a different shade. Kim in customer service promptly on responded back the following day apologizing (it wasn’t even their fault) and promised to make it right at no charge. I picked a new shade and they sent it out to me the very next day! Excellent product and outstanding customer service! I was very impressed.

I am always hesitant to order online from unknown vendors. However I was very surprised at the responses to issues. Responses and resolution were satisfactorily provided on timely basis.

First of all, the product is a great tinted moisturizer including under eye cream and can be used alone or with another product. I wouldn't use this to cover like a full foundation or concealer. Second, the customer service is great and very responsive. I appreciate the prompt response and attention to my question.

I don’t know what’s better….the amazing face cream or the outstanding customer service! Either way, they have a customer for life. I love everything about this product and this company!!!

From the very time I placed the order I received an excellent support. I asked to deliver the package directly at my door and it was! The staff is very kind and answered all my questions. The tone is perfect for my skin and I feel very comfortable when I apply the base on my face. It smells good and my skin feels soft. The other tone was a little lighter so I gave it to my mom 😁 I love it!!

Whaoooo I am so impressed with the customer service that I received from this company. The shade does not match my skin tone and the company sent another shade out to me free of charge. Their customer service is excellent with prompt response and quick solution.

At first, I thought I was scammed. Because my order took longer before I got it. I emailed them and asked why my order took so long to get it. But then when I received it and tried I was amazed about it. Now I don’t use any foundation or anything. I only used that cc cream. It works for me and it’s really good. I ordered my second shipment plus the elixir + cream. I’m going to try it. I hope it’s good too!
