Great customer service and the product is nice because you can build the foundation and I love the cream texture. I have slightly tanned skin so the warm honey works the best.

I discovered this product through ads and videos online and decided to give it a try. I ordered a light color and realized that I needed a darker shade so I contacted customer support and they kindly replace the products without having to send back the ones I already have. Now I can give it to others who want to try it. Thanks to Kim who helped me and to the rest of Serentia.

I have been trying to find a product that provides adequate coverage but that also looks natural and lasts through my work shift and the insane heat I deal with in the summer months living in arizona. Full coverage foundations look good for about 30 minutes and before I even get to work usually start looking pretty bad. I've spent lots of money and tried alot of top line products, but so far this is the only one that looks like my skin, only better, and still looks good after a full shift at work! Also it makes my skin feel so soft and healthy

This was the first time I have purchased from Serentia and I will order again and tell my friends. The service was impeccable, the color I chose was a little too light for me and they replaced my order, no questions asked. Would definitely recommend

Amazing customer service! Ordered multiples of what I thought would be the perfect shade only to find out it's too light! Like, I looked like a ghost. I emailed customer service to ask what could be done and they are voluntarily sending me the darker shade. What's more, I can donate the ones I've already received to the local women's shelter! 🙌🏼 I am super impressed by the customer service!

I wanted to return the products as neither colour worked for me. Customer service was excellent! Really appreciated their help. They didn't ask for them to be returned, but instead offered to ship me a darker color. I've now tried it and the color works but also my face is a bit tanned now so will see how this fares start the summer & the heat cooling down too.
