Customer service is very good, I ordered the wrong shade and offered to send me a replacement and pass my first order to friends who might like to try it. I would say to go 2 shades darker than your normal foundation

I like the way Sarentia blurs my fine lines… It gives color. Since it’s summer, I picked honey beige… also for winter, buff beige… This is my new go to face foundation….

I actually haven’t seen this product in much places, but it was coming up on my feed all the time and I ordered it. I believe I must’ve ordered the wrong one because the color was extremely light, but I was able to get someone from the serentia Team to get back to me help me find my order and create a new one. I have shared this product with many friends who have already purchased it as well. I hope the new color works on my skin tone and also very pleased with someone taking care of me and sending me a new order. Thank you to the team for amazing customer service.

I love this product. I admit the applicator broke but a brush is better to apply anyway. It goes on beautifully. I recieved incorrect colour. Contacted customer service. It was answered and sorted straight away.

Okay, I'm going to be honest. I only bought this on a complete whim and because the price was right. I really didn't expect to overhaul my entire makeup routine over a shade that I wasn't sure was going to match my skin tone. I'm a millennial, so I was very into the matte look, and I'm obsessed with making sure my skin matches so it doesn't look like a different color than my neck. This makeup somehow matches my skin perfectly. I even bought 3 shades to be sure, I don't know how the science works, but it is so light, feels great on, and now I get to have the hydrated look without looking greasy. I actually love it so much, but what's better is the customer service. They're actually responsive and so helpful, I was shocked. I will definitely be using this makeup from here on out and I'm officially a customer for life on this one.

I ordered a colour and unfortunately it was too pale. Emailed customer service who organised a darker colour to be sent to me. Great service. The cream itself is now a great colour match ans very lightweight on the skin. Covers well and feels like I’m wearing no makeup. Happy with the product and with the customer service interaction I had.
