Let's start off with the makeup. - nothing cakey or powdery. - lightweight and feels like almost like BB cream. - Looks like you're not even wearing any makeup but you are. The colors needed to be a bit darker for me. My skin reacts to most makeups. I'm not sure if this is reactive on my skin just yet. Customer service: - on point with response - will get a free product if you're not satisfied with your original order at no charge to you. - no hassle of box returns or anything. - overall, good experience.

The order took forever to receive. I reached out to customer service and they were very thorough in searching for my package. I ended up receiving it while they were searching for the information. I ordered Ivory and Buff Beige in the 2 for 1 sale they had. The ivory was way too light. I let them know and they immediately allowed an exchange at no cost. Told me to see if a family member or friend would like to try it. I am very impressed with the product myself. It stays all day, has a good coverage that's not cakey and it's light, not heavy feeling. I'm happy with my order and the customer service!

At first, i was hesitate to order through online via Facebook. I read the good reviews and why not to try! I ordered the wrong color for my skin and contacted them and got no problem of exchanging the product. The costumer service is very good and the product too.

This is a great product. Most foundations have mica, talc or both in the ingredients which my dermatologist told me clogs pores and to steer clear of them. Goes on smooth and doesn’t make my skin oily after a few hours. Only critique is the little black applicator that comes with it. I got the blending brush but was applying it with the applicator then blending with the brush. The applicator starts to rub off on your skin after using it a few times and your left with black powdery residue on your face from it. Other issue is the tracking information doesn’t update so I had no idea when to expect it

I really like the creaminess of your make-up! Goes on smoothly and blends well. I'm not a fan of the applicator. I prefer a brush.

Once I got to an individual who was willing to find a solution with me, it was very smooth process. It was a little hard to figure out what the right color was to order for myself, but they have been most helpful in helping me find the right shade for my complexion.
