Fantastic very helpful and quick to respond customer service. Kim is great. I purchased an Ivory and a Buff Beige. I went a shade lighter because I read reviews said to go lighter but this was not my experience. The Ivory was far too light. I messaged Kim and mentioned this and she is sending me another Buff Beige for free! The cream itself is lovely. Highly recommend if you're a fan off BB creams and if you don't have a lot of time for your makeup routine. Its not an intense coverage but it's good for daily wear and it doesn't come off like most products. Easy quick application. Would definitely recommend. I was hesitant and I'm glad I took the risk. Will be buying these again.

I had an issue with the colour matching. I contacted them and they responded right away with suggestions. When I responded that the suggestions didn’t work for me, I was offered at no cost another colour to try. I am impressed that I received such a prompt and thoughtful response. Thank you!

Customer service is great!! Very helpful!! Foundation does exactly as described. It goes on smooth and feels very light on the face, no heavy feeling. I gave my sister one; she loves it too. I'm happy with this Foundation.

Everyone I've spoken to via e.mail has been so kind, pleasant, helpful, in fact fantastic. I ordered the wrong colour and within 2hrs of e.mailing the new colour was on its way. Cannot fault in anyway.
