What a joke these panties are....The pelvic area only has a thin piece of plastic material...much like plastic wrap from a roll. I cut up a pair and could not believe the ridiculous material they used......WHAT A SCAM Do not use for periods, or bladder leaks.....DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

I ordered what I thought would be my correct size, but needed a larger size. A contact to the company and their policy of sending correct size was true. I received another order in my requested size. This company stands by their advertising.

I wasn’t sure if the garments would live up to the description.How wrong I was! They are very comfortable,not at all bulky and soft to touch. These were bought for an elderly neighbour and she loved the idea of them.However,the size I ordered was too small for her.That was not a problem at all.A larger size was offered at no extra cost,and customer service is really good. I would certainly recommend this company.

Disgusted with All aspects Product ,Customer Services and Honesty This started in Dec 2025 when I purchased 2 packs of 5 pairs of Briefs, Incontinence briefs that promised to stop needing to wear pads anymore. costing £79.99, Expensive YES, but if they worked I'm willing to pay . They arrived but needed a bigger size I contacted Serenelle explaining Very nice communication . I received only 1 pack of 5 of the larger size informed Serenelle Apologies, their mistake would dispatch another pack of 5, which I had original paid for, but before they arrived {If they were ever going to be dispatched } I actually tried the briefs and was Very VERY upset ,On my first mishap they were useless . No difference than wearing ordinary pants I was drenched, Thankfully I was at my front door so able to get in privacy, before anyone could see my embarrassing situation. As many of you ladies know the humiliation, upset and frustration these times cause. I messaged Serenelle requesting my Full Refund as stated on the advert, After re messaging them they offered me a 30% refund They are NO good why would I want a 30% refund if they are Not fit for purpose, I then received an offer of 50%, AGAIN No I wish My full refund. Finally I could accept 70% and keep the briefs , Why Would I want to. I refused, asking for their address to return the items back to receive my Full Refund of £79.99 They advised me saying it would be expensive at my expense to return the {GOODS} in Brackets Yes it was, costing me £17.60p to send recorded delivery, proof I had returned to the address given which is in Italy. on the 5/2/2026 the courier attempted to deliver the package at the address there was no body available to accept so a note was left requesting someone to contact the courier services NO Contact was made. On the 20th Feb 26 the package was delivered back to myself at my home address. Costing me £97.59p in all On the 23rd I wrote on Trust Pilot about this Service and Empty Promises that Serenelle deliver, The following morning I receive a message Apologizing from the company knowing How frustrating , " This is NOT their usual dealing with customers" They would refund my full amount of £79.99 plus the cost of £17.60 for the inconvenience of the package If I would remove my rating I told them I would remove my Trust Pilot rating once I received the amount of £97.59 into my account, No they could Not proceed until the rating was removed !!!!. So I removed rating informed them that same day as they requested Since then I have messaged Serenelle 3 times and NO RESPONSE I stated on my last message that I would place another rating if I hadn't received the amount THIS IS THAT RATING MINUS ** ....... UPDATE.... I have since received the amount of £79.99 into my account ,But Technically the £17.60 can Not be refunded in addition with the cost of the briefs So was offered a pair of "NEW" pants which are Suppose to be better quality I refused and have put the loss down to being naïve and AGAIN refused to remove my review as requested ,As I am only stating TRUE Facts on my personal experience So Ladies Please Please Do Not Purchase these So Called Incontinence briefs They ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. If you suffer more than the odd leak

I have COPD and developed a persistent cough that was causing mild leakage. These underwear have truly made a difference in my daily life. They’ve given me the confidence to go out again without constantly worrying. I now own 20 pairs because they’re that reliable. They’re incredibly absorbent and soft, and unlike traditional pads, they keep my skin dry and free from odour. They also wash beautifully and dry quickly, which makes them even more practical. I am happy with the customer service. Quick to respond and offered options to make things right. My size was too small, I think they run small. I was offered the option to get a larger size, free, no returns of other product. The other option was to send pads to help with absorbency because they do not keep me dry. But they can only take care of one option at a time. So the customer service has been very helpful. I look forward to getting the more comfortable size and the proper absorbency. Then I will write another review.
