Решил попробовать сервис. В итоге они настроили автосписании средств, хотя информации об этом я нигде не увидел при оформлении заказа. Очень неприятно удивлены данным фактом. Сразу по списании обратился в службу поддержки. Сказали, что деньги вернут в течении 6 банковских дней, минус 9% комиссия их платежной системы. Сумма то ерунда, но данные ньюансы, "мелкий шрифт", меня очень разочаровали, как клиента. Ощущение, словно меня пытались обмануть.

Работа с подписками предполагает автоматические автосписания для удобства клиентов, при покупке подписки мы предоставляем возможность эту опцию отключить через нашу платежную систему - http://take.ms/4v6S6 В случае, если эта опция не была замечена при оплате, наш биллинг партнер высылает имейл на почту перед списанием с подробной инструкцией, как избежать автосписания и отключить его, такая возможность действует 7 дней. Также в течение 7 дней Вы можете связаться со службой поддержки и они помогут отключить авто-списания. Возврат средств уже был запрошен и происходит в течение 2-6 банковских дней, в зависимости от способа оплаты и скорости транзакций банка либо платежной системы, которую Вы использовали при оплате.

Sucks, had their onpage lead tool, clients get reports in Russian, Japanese and German when set to english. still problems after 4 support tickets so I cancelled. Good priced plans but not working properly...

I signed up for their trial and then i couldn't cancel. Tool was good but I didn't need it quite yet. It was a real shame as i felt the experience was not one i would want to repeat as i kept getting charged.

Depuis fin septembre, j’ai un souci avec la mise à jour des positions. Ils m’ont donné plusieurs réponses de niveau 1 qui n’ont rien résolu, pourtant ça marchait très bien entre 2014 et août 2016. Ils étaient plus efficaces auparavant, mais peut-être que depuis la sortie de la version cloud le support a reçu de nouvelles directives. Heureusement, nous utilisons un autre logiciel de positionnement plus rustre, mais au moins je peux envoyer des rapports de positionnement à nos clients. Depuis la publication de l'avis, je n'ai plus de problèmes de mise à jour des positions.
