They started out being very very helpfull. After a while the technical and email spam problem was deflected as being my problem. i only have an email (spam) problem using the se ranking service/mailings. Thus some extra assistance is expected. Some general best practices using their service. I ended up fixing the problem myself with help from a specialist

Great feature set and ease-of-use. The interface is comprehensive and intuitive. Support is excellent. The biggest limitation at the moment is that the report customization is lacking. There needs to be an option for adding a custom page background, or at least a header image, not just a logo that can't be positioned. The custom pages don't allow adding images, headers, adjusting fonts, etc, making customization quite limited, which is important for agencies who need to present a branded experience for their clients. Other than that, I'm very happy with this software so far!
