We understand that it may be hard to keep track of all your subscriptions, so we send two email notifications about the upcoming renewal: the first one is sent 7 days in advance, and the second one follows 1 day before the due date. Furthermore, you can cancel the subscription directly in your account at any moment if you aren’t going to renew any longer. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t intend to renew, however, our Terms of Service stipulate that a refund may only be issued if the service could not be provided as advertised, and, unfortunately, we cannot make an exception in your case.

We’re sorry that you’re upset with our audit report however the thing is that we’ve designed our audit tool to highlight all potential issues which could have a detrimental effect on your site’s rankings. Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution, so what could be a a problem for one site may be a part of intended setup on another one, for example, it may be absolutely fine if robots.txt file is blocking some page you don’t want to show in Google, however, it would be a complete disaster if robots.txt was blocking a landing page you actually want to show up in SERP. That’s why we strongly recommend reviewing the report yourself to check if a certain aspect is intended or not and simply hitting the “Reset” button next to the check with you don’t consider to be a problem. We absolutely understand that such an approach doesn’t fit your needs and you’re looking for a solution that doesn’t require checking the report, so we’ve initiated a refund on your payment when you’ve contacted us.
