I didn't use the service for almost 2 years but they still charged me for €900. They just took it and don't want to refund when I told them I did not want to use their service. The customer service refuses to help me. And replying on their e-mail is not possible.

This company send out spam emails to random people. Basically a throw enough S**T at the wall and hope some sticks strategy. Should tell you all you need to know about them. Reply to Their Reply - :/ I don't want to give you my private information - i.e. name and email, how would exposing myself to more unwanted emails rectify the issue? - Just do better marketing instead of lazy spammy blanket emails.

I am an affiliate marketer and have generated nearly $8000 in revenue for Seranking. However, they are withholding my commission of $1803. I have invested a significant amount to bring them this revenue, but they have failed to pay me in full. Tran Dinh Nham

Dear Tran Dinh Nham, Following a thorough review conducted several months ago, we identified a high risk that pay-per-click (PPC) traffic sources were being used to drive traffic, which is strictly prohibited under our affiliate terms (paragraph 12: https://seranking.com/legal/affiliate.html). We reached out to you for clarification regarding your traffic sources at that time, but we did not receive sufficient proof that PPC ads were not involved. Consequently, the payout was canceled in accordance with our terms. If you have any further information or documentation that could help resolve this issue, we remain open to reviewing it. Please feel free to contact us directly

I wanted to cancel one service element we were no longer using. Their webpage had instructions on cancelling subscriptions, which were inaccurate and led to 30 minutes of going around in circles. I left it some time and sent them an email to continue one service but refund the other service and highlight the errors in their website instructions. They mentioned nothing about the errors on their website, blanked me on that point, and quoted their terms and conditions about non-refund. I would not have minded, but their website was wrong. To quote T&Cs and not resolve the issue, I got my backup and I cancelled all services. Customer retention starts with customer care.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for any frustration you’ve experienced. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After reviewing the situation, I see that the automatic billing for your service was successfully canceled back in August, and no further charges were applied in September. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the website's instructions and for not addressing your point about the website error when you reached out. We're currently reviewing the steps to improve clarity and accuracy in our cancellation process. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out directly, and we’d be happy to help in any way we can.

A regular unremarkable service. Its only task is to automatically withdraw money from you. Payment cannot be cancelled. Support is unavailable. Works only through a subscription. I had to request a refund through the bank.

Not a fan of the tool. Software is buggy and data can be misleading. Customer service isn't great, and feel anything raised is brushed off as not their problem. Customer for over a year now.

We’re sorry that the data provided by our tools has caused trouble for you, but we’re currently importing keyword metrics from Google and so whatever data is reported by Google is going to be displayed in your account. Our technical team is working on augmenting the metrics using alternative data sources in order to provide some information even when Google reports none and we’re expecting this feature to be available by the beginning of the next quarter
