Hi Dmitrii, We're really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We appreciate your loyalty over the years and deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the loss of your project keywords. Our system retains keyword data for 60 days after the balance runs out, and during this period, we send notification emails to alert users about potential data deletion. However, we understand that these messages can sometimes be overlooked, and we're taking your feedback seriously to improve how we communicate such critical information. Although we can't restore the lost data, we've already issued a full refund for your recent payment. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you'd like to discuss this further, please let us know—we're here to help. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. Best regards,The SE Ranking Team

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had such a bad experience with SE Ranking, but upon examining your case more closely, it turns out that your subscription last year was purchased during our Black Friday promotion, which included a one-time 30% discount. Unfortunately, this discount does not carry over to your renewals, so you were charged the full price this year. As for the billing date, annual subscriptions may be renewed up to 3 days in advance to avoid any disruptions in the service. We send notifications about upcoming renewals one week in advance and you can disable auto-renewal in advance directly in your account

We are truly sorry to hear about the situation you’ve described and the significant impact it has had on you. However, we must clarify that SE Ranking has no connection to the job offer or transactions you mentioned. Unfortunately, it seems you have been a victim of a scam perpetrated by third parties misusing our name without our authorization. To protect others and raise awareness, we published a warning about such fraudulent activities on our official website, which you can find here: https://seranking.com/careers/notice.html. We strongly encourage you to continue working with the appropriate authorities, as this is the most effective way to pursue action against those responsible. Please know that we take the misuse of our brand very seriously and are committed to assisting investigations if needed. Once again, we regret the hardship this has caused you and sincerely hope for a resolution in your favor. Best regards, The SE Ranking Team
