SE RankingReviews of seranking.com

Just tried out their "so-called" trial of their software to find 1/2 of its shut off and says "upgrade" instead of giving you any idea of its capabilities. What a sham. Why would i subscribe when you won't show me the data that you supposedly have of my website?

Insupportable ! Ne rentrer jamais votre mail sur ce site, depuis que je suis inscrit je reçoit 15 mail de démarchage par jour alors que ma boîte mail pro est archi clean. Déplorable à fuir

We have been using this tool for keyword rankings and client reports, but recently the experience has been disappointing. The ranking data has not been accurate, and for the past week, no ranking data has appeared in the system at all. This has affected our reporting and client communication. The company advertises 24/7 support; however, responses have not been timely. Although the support team mentions that their developers are working on the issue, there has been no clear update or resolution provided so far. For businesses that rely on accurate data and consistent reporting, reliability and responsive support are essential. I hope the company resolves these technical issues quickly and improves the overall support experience for its users.

I am disappointed with my recent experience using this tool. The ranking data provided has not been accurate, which directly affected my reporting and client expectations. I raised a support request regarding the ranking discrepancies three days ago, but I have not received any response so far. Due to the inaccurate data and lack of timely support, I unfortunately lost a client. Reliable reporting and responsive customer service are critical in this industry, and this situation has caused significant inconvenience to my business. I hope the company improves the accuracy of its data and strengthens its customer support system to prevent similar issues for other users.

Terrible. Expensive and Inaccurate. I wasted a couple hundred dollars for nothing.

I used to be very happy with this service but getting my affiliate money back takes to long i am waiting since the first september and i am writing the support every week but its taking sooo long. Please fix this and help me get my money back. Martinfreiwa(at)gmail.com

I've been using SE Ranking in my agency for all of my clients and I used to love it as - most of the time - it is a reliable tool. However, sometimes, the features simply stop working. Core features (like site audit, for e.g., keyword rankings, backlinks anlysis etc) bugs and they take forever to fix. Their customer service is hopeless. They say their agents are available 24/7; however, that's not true. You get in touch with them, and they are never really able to solve any of the issues. For example: at the moment I'm writing this review, I have a billing issue that I needed to solve ASAP. I got in the chat, tried to solve it and received an automated answer by IA. Then, I asked to talk with an agent. The agent replied and said he'd pass it on the the billing team, without even letting me SPEAK with him. Due to all of this, I'm planning a migration to Ahrefs because I rather pay more to have a more reliable tool and a customer service that ACTUALLY works.
