Great management company!

Unbelievably rude who have been made Spanish Towers inhospitable. The parking lot has been deemed hostile by local contractors . They booted 16 cars yesterday which were legally parked in their ASSIGNED parking spaces for facing out, had not put their registration sticker on, or displayed ST card. We can't have guests as they took away visitor parking. No pool as Dani said Sentry doesn't do pools so they let algae and mold grow on it. Under maintenance since Feb 2024. Huge roach problem which they will not address. I had a broken complex hot water pipe spraying in my unit and their initial response was we'll respond within 48 hours. I called a plumber myself. That fiasco included Dani forcibly treating my unit for mold and charging me $5800 adding it to my HOA account. I didn't have mold or asbestos or anything! After 3 months of trying to get her buddy contractor Steve in my unit to make made up mold or maybe asbestos repairs, I fixed it myself for $40. The story is much longer and ridiculously stupid. If any reviews are positive, the writers do not live here. Those landlords will be finding out that we have vacant units and some units are now rented for 50 percent of what they got 2 years ago! DO NOT USE SENTRY AND HATEFUL DANI UNLESS YOU HATE YOUR TENANTS.

Sentry management is not a good company to use for property management at all. They do not follow with owners and/or landlords, they are slow to schedule and complete maintenance requests, they do not respond to emails and their staff has no knowledge on how to effectively resolves issues within the communities that they service (given their high internal staff turnover within the company). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR HOA OR ETC.

Double charging my client. Take you HOA back on site or you will be sorry.

My community has started using this Co. I can't get anyone in person and when you do they know nothing. I hope the perfect place I live does not fall apart due to their mgt.

Do not use this organization. Your property will be in disrepair and your reserves will be depleted. They do not do preventive maintenance and contract with companies/people that are not accredited. In my community we have potholes, flooding basements, rusty nails in the siding and so much mulch it floods the streets when it rains. Sentry only enforce community association rules Sentry can profit from. I would give less than one star but that wasn't an option. ZERO Stars

I wish there was an option to not give any stars. This company needs to be shutdown. They are thieves and have poor management skills if any. Every rep we have had mysteriously no longer works for the company. All owners pay their monthly fee, however; we are always in jeopardy of our lights and water being shut off due to their lack of nonpayment. When we call to get assistance either no one answers or when they do they say they will “look into it.” They are a joke!

I am absolutely disgusted from the very start. My HOA has chosen this company to be our new Property Manager. The fees for December and January were due and so I called and spoke to Jessica Smith and explain to her that I was going to send a check dated January 16 to pay off the entire balance so that it would not be cashed until after I was paid. She advised that this was fine, she said the only thing that mattered is that it was paid by 1 February and gave no further instructions. I now showed that this check was cashed on the 14th, overdrafting me by over $1000, and when I email this morning, I get no response. When I called Jessica on the phone, I am told it is my own fault for not writing a separate note to send with the check despite the fact that the check is clearly dated January 16 And that I explicitly outlined on 1/6 to her over the phone. I pointed out that at no time was this told to me that I would need to do more than simply date the check accordingly when I explained to her on the phone that this is how I was going to pay and why I was choosing to go about it this way, to which I was essentially told “all shucks, sorry that really Stinks for you I guess.” No offer to try to make something right, no accountability, just absolutely pathetic conduct. Not looking forward to having to deal with this company for God knows how long now that the HOA has hired them.
