Your pictures give an impression of one thing and the reality of your purchase is totally different. The picture of the Stilton cheese was of a wheel cut in half , giving the impression of a small wheel that is cut in half for a portion, the reality is you get less than a quarter of the wheel with the purchase of a double order ! very deceptive practice ! Then when I asked I was told to bad, that's the way it is ! and it's my fault for ordering a single piece of cheese instead of two separate cheeses? so needless to say I'm very disappointed in my purchase and will not come back to this vendor!

Dear Joseph, As explained when you first contacted us about this issue, the size of the products are listed directly next to their prices on the website. When multiple units are added for cheeses, you as the customer have the option to select “whole piece” or “multiple piece” which indicates to our staff how you want the order to be packed. In the case of your purchase, while you ordered 2 pieces, you left the cut preference as “whole piece” and therefore, we sent a 16 ounce piece of Stilton rather than two 8 ounces pieces – which corresponds to what was ordered. We apologize that this was not clear to you when you placed the original order and hope that we have sufficiently explained how to order the products to your liking with your next purchase.
