The previous company we were using had issues getting a new pennant to us, over two weeks and no pennant. I called Senior Safety on a Thursday and Friday I had the new device. Very friendly people to deal with, easy set up, testing and very nice person to take down the information about how to get in the house. Also a better value!

East to set up

Got this for my mom, she has only had it for a week but has set it off accidentally a couple of times, The operators are always very nice and reassuring to her and I am relieved to know help is there if she ever really needs it!

I made a request to add another contact because I wpuld out of town. The chsnge was made quickly and pleasantly. I was asked to call back upon my return to have them revert the order of calls to contacts. When I asked them to notate it, they said they could do that.

It’s connected, no need to use it yet.
