easy to install. less than 5 minutes. setup was also easy. thanks, harry

We got this for my mother in law. She lives alone out of town. We all feel very safe with her having the system. Customer service is great. Thank you so much👍

System arrived very quickly after ordering and was very easy to set up. When testing system, response time was very fast. Lockbox for outside was a fantastic added bonus. Vial if life form also a great idea for you to be able to list all medical info. Especially like the small sticker that goes on the outside door to let first responders know where the medical info is which will make their job easier. Overall, I’m really pleased with everything!

Very responsible. Made certain I had the correct device. Inexpensive too. Works everywhere in my house. It’s only been a week so I could change my mind but so far so good.

Sign up and set up easy. Only negative thing to say is shipping options ridiculous- overnight almost $70 and no estimate given on when delivery is expected if overnight isn’t chosen.

Very easy experience !

Excellent, prompt service.

easy to operate, friendly staff
