SO FAR I HAVEN'T HAD TO USE, BUT MY TEST WENT EXCELLENT. VERY EASY TO SET UP. FEEL SAFER KNOWING SOMEONE CAN GET TO ME WITH THE KEY BOX YET I ALSO FEEL SECURE WITH IT INSTEAD OF JUST HIDING A KEY.

I Highly recommend "Get Help Now" Company for your home safety service for Emergency needs. We have had their services for nearly 3 years and have had several occasions when my 96+ year old Mother has had to press her help button. The services provided were always 100% immediate, very professional and foolproof. This service saved my Mother's life when she had a major heart attack, and several times she fell and assistance was immediately obtained. Their prices compare with less reliable service companies. They provide the best service for a low price! Our local Fire Department also told us "Get Help Now" was their preference for dealing with! I believe that is a high recommendation too!

I spoke with Marie on the phone when I ordered the system. She was pleasant , patient and answered all my questions. The package arrived in a timely manner. I had a little difficulty getting the wireless receiver to get sufficient signal but with some help from the service I was able to get everything up and running. My 90 year old mother accidently set it off when she plopped down in her chair a little heavy. They were quick to respond and were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Senior Safety.

They are quick to answer and respond

In general, such devices work extremely well and once saved me after a terrible fall in the woods. However, this particular device has detected a fall when I was sitting still, reading. It may be too sensitive.

Very Easy to setup. Installed it within 5 minutes. Gives me piece of mind for my mother who has taken a few falls already. Highly recommend!!

Great customer services and easy to set up and use!

We were referred to this customer by a family member. We called the 800 number on a Sunday and the customer service rep was friendly and thorough. Shipping was fast and we had the unit by mid week.
