Just connected the system yesterday for my 94 year old mother. Easy to hook up. So far I have found their customer service very helpful and friendly. I like their adds. They provide all the info and pricing up front. Price was right and the free lock box was something I wanted since her apt. is in a secure bldg. Other systems that I was interested in never tell you everything without someone having to call to give you a price. I never quite trust that type of salesmanship. You never know if the price is the best you can get. Very happy with the unit. Hopefully we will never need it, but I am confident it will work fine.

I got this with to fall detector necklaces for my parents the customer service was outstanding and I now have peace of mind.

Got this for my 87yr old Dad for Christmas. We tested it and it work excellent. He has bump it a couple of times and the fall feature went off and the people were super nice to him, they are very understanding. All the people i have talk to from Senior Safety have been super nice. This is worth every penny. My dad definitely has a peace of mine that help is just push of a button away. And so do i.
