The man I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. We got the product and setting up was super easy and Tech support was super helpful as well. Mom loves it.

Easy to sign my mom up. Price more affordable than others. Easy set up. Tested 1 time haven’t had an emergency that she needed to use yet (hope she doesn’t) but knowing she can get help quick if needed gives me piece of mind. Thanks Angie

I was lost. I knew nothing and needed to have my dad safe. I spoke to a gentleman who took the time to answer every question. Explain everything to me. Made sure this was what was right for my dads safety. I can not say enough great things about these people and company. Thank you for making me feel like my dad was important and a person, not a dollar sign.
