The representative answered each of my questions clearly. He did not pressure me to purchase services I don’t need. Explained options available. Overall I was very impressed. The product arrived as promised. Easy to set up. It allows me to leave my husband with minimal concern about him being alone.

Although we had trouble with the set-up, it turned out to be a bad DSL filter on our phone line. Senior Safety sent a replacement unit and worked with us to determine that the trouble was, in fact, nothing to do with their equipment.
