Every thing went perfect except
Every thing went perfect. The shipment was quick and the activation was easy. My only concern was how quickly the battery on the device ran out. I charged it fully and less than 24 hours i got the message to recharge. That does not seem efficient to me. Otherwise, I'm fully satisfied. Was contacted by a representative who advised me on a way to solve my problem. It made sense so I’ll follow the recommendations. Thanks

To ensure that you can go all day without needing to take your device off to charge, we recommend charging it at night when you go to sleep so that it's fully charged by morning and will last the entire day (or more). After 2 months of looking for the right…
After 2 months of looking for the right set up, I found this to be the easiest, and smooth process. You just plug it in. No extra hidden fees. No landline? Ok. No wifi? Ok. Extremely efficient staff! I highly recommend this place... when I thought it couldn't be easy, it was the easiest process yet!
