Great customer service

We are just getting started. The whole process so far has be easy and straight forward. Telephone conversations were pleasant and very professional. Equipment arrived as promised and setup was easy. Hopefully we will never use the service, but am confident that use will also be professional.

I have had nothing but the best experience with the folks at Senior Safety. Their customer service department is very helpful, and they go out of their way to assist you. I would recommend them highly in the event you need assistance for your elderly folks

Easy to install and it Works My dad fell 2 days after I gave it to him, luckily he was not hurt but it sent the signal, he didn't respond to their inquiry and I got a phone call.

Ordering process was very easy. Received quickly. Set up very easy. Great support during testing and when the button went off by itself.
