The entire process was easy for this senior. Bought and received the product. The request for a watch band was omitted. On a call with the company, they forwarded the watch band by mail, with return request for the necklace type. I sent it off by return prepaid envelope. I have had no problems so far, still standing. :) Thank for the security.

I talked with a few staff and everyone has been so polite and I feel like they are there for my mother in law...She's 88 and now with the necklace I feel better about leaving her
