i would like the instructions for using this system to be more detailed.The small print in which directions are written are very hard to read. As a new user and a beginner it seemed the instructions were somewhat generalized and unclear. I do like the feeling of being connected and am wearing the device you sent me.

We had to push the buttons more than once to get someone on the phone. Then we asked about the waterproof button which is virtually non responsive if you ask us. We asked about trading the waterproof button for a button like the other button we had received- we were told we could change it for $95 which seems like a lot for a button and for seniors on a budget. A this point we will have to deal with what we have. But honestly, it is not what we expected.

I just got connected and have fortunately haven’t had a need to use it! I (and family and friends) feel the benefits will releive some fears! Thank you for the support staff for assisting me is the connection and testing of the devise!

Registration was easy by phone for my elderly father who does not have access to a computer. The equipment arrived promptly and was easy to set up in his home. Fortunately he has not had to make use of his call button yet but living a very long distance from him, it gives us some peace of mind knowing there is a way for him to get help if he should fall or has a medical emergency.
