I am 76 years old and decided it was time to have an alert system. Read about senior safety and decided to give them a try. The representative was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Received the equipment in a couple of days and it was very simple to assemble. I am now feel safer in my house

I live many states from my mom. Dad recently died and I was afraid of her falling while living alone. I ordered this online and she received it within 5 days. It was easy to set up and the microphone is very sensitive. I was amazed that the person at the call center could hear her from a few rooms away. I have such peace of mind. Thanks
