Great device for Mom
The system was easy to install and worked right off the bat. Mom and I both feel more safe now.

When looking for an alternative to companies like Life Alert ® and Philips Lifeline ®, Senior Safety Medical Alert Systems is a great choice! While Life Alert ® can cost between $49 and $89 per month, Senior Safety provides the same service but for a fraction of the cost and with no long-term contract. Look beyond Life Alert ® and Phillips Lifeline ® for more affordable pricing.

It took 3 phones to head office to get it to work - should have been seamless! Like the button answering service.

I would like to have included exactly what I signed up for. I remember paying A one time fee of$10.00 but cannot remember which service it was. Otherwise everything is as expected. After a month I should have a better Opinion as I will have used it.

My sister and I had a little difficulty setting up the system in my Mom’s home. The directions were too simple for us...😊 We called the company and customer service walked us through the setup. We have tested it a couple times so far, and will continue to do so, until Mom is comfortable with everything. The people on the line have been very helpful and patient.

Service was fine. Delivery was prompt.

Service was fine. Buyers need to be advised that unit needs to be connected to internet and be in a CENTRAL location where it can be heard.

Hi Gary, Appreciate the 4 stars and feedback! Just wanted to be clear for others who may read this that our landline medical alert system does not require internet, but may need to be plugged into a cable modem if the home phone service is VOIP (Voice Over Internet Provider) and if traditional phone jacks in the home are no longer operational. The instruction manual covers how to connect to a phone jack and cable modem. In some cases, centrally locating the system is not an option if the only place to connect the system is in a room that is not centrally located. Thanks again! Senior Safety

All customer service members were very nice to work with. I suggest you put more instructions with the unit. The on off button was not explained, the recharge instructions were confusing and the boss noise is still hard to interpret.
