I ordered this system for my disabled brother. It was an easy process. His system arrived at his home 4 days later. Since I had already had it activated, all he had to do was plug it in. He pressed the button on his wristband and was speaking to a representative to check the system. He was happy that it took little time and know how to get his system set up. I feel better knowing help is at a touch of a button. He also feels more secure.
