Very Responsive/ Great Device/ Outstanding Customer Service
I began using this company in 2021 for my elderly mother who lives alone. This is such a great and responsive company to use for safety and peace of mind if you have a loved one who may be in need of an added safety measure while remaining in their own home. The device is easy to set up and use. I have been so impressed with the quality of their service and outstanding customer service representatives. An added bonus is that there are no long term contracts! You simply pay monthly for the service as needed. I definitely highly recommend this company and am an extremely happy ( and grateful) customer.
