Received the alert system quickly and it was really easy to set up. Did the first test and it worked perfectly. Was asked a few questions by a very friendly representative and that’s all there was to do. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had this service for several years for mom. Always had a good response and help when the button was pushed for help! Immediate response as well as friendly. Never impatient or unhelpful!! I highly recommend this company. We have just now stopped this service when the place mom lives began supplying a similar service free.
