Customer service was great, equipment arrived on date given, equipment easy to use.

It was not the button I wanted I wanted one where I could talk to the button not do the Box I have returned it thank you

We haven't had to use the system yet (thank goodness) but it was very easy to set up. The customer service was great when I looked into getting this for my mom. It has definitely put everyone at ease knowing she is just a button away to get help if she needs it. Thank you!!

Everything seems to work great. Hope we never need it - but I think we have it covered if we do.

Arrived quickly, fairly easy to install, didn't read carefully enough about functionality of lockbox, but when called, was helped very politely. My mom, Donna, just doesn't want to be in the place to have to use it. ;-)

I tried to read the email but when it said I agree that you can use the electronic signature, I didn’t want to allow that. I was going to try to print it when I received a paper copy.

This came in only a few days which is great! The directions are easy to follow and after setup you get a test call. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I haven’t been able to get the paperwork sent in. Not to mention it’s very affordable!

My father found out if you drop the necklace some one will be calling to see if you need help, great product. Thank you
