Casey was so helpful in my decision to go with Senior Safety for my Dad. He is 96 and can’t see well enough to use a phone in case he needs help. I also like the idea that me or my siblings can be called before EMS to make sure what his needs are. The set up was easy and everyone was so helpful.

Once I got in contact with the right person, everything was good. When I first plugged it in, I got a call that said I was all set. But I wasn't. I made another phone call that the girl was GREAT! She had me push some buttons that really set me up.
