Senior Safety Medical AlertsReviews of seniorsafety.com

Very thorough information. Able to answer all questions. Very polite. Timely delivery of materials.

Helped get a system setup for my mother and had a pendant that did not need recharging.

Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful.

No pressure; just input.

When I signed up for the Senior Safety, it came very quickly and was very easy to install. When I called with a question, the person that I spoke to answered my questions and was so nice. Also its so nice to speak to someone that I could understand. I would recommend Senior Safety to anyone who has a loved one that would need this service.

This system was recommended by a friend who uses it for her mother, and there's never been an issue the 3 times her mom pushed the button. The representatives I spoke with were helpful, informative, and answered my questions knowledgably. The system arrived 2 days after ordering. I live a distance from my mom and don't have her on-line yet, but will next week. I don't expect there to be an issue, and if there is I'll post another review. So far, highly recommend.
