The system works great. The installation logistics in an older home with limited outlets and phone jacks was challenging to get box placed in optimal position. After getting an extension cord, longer phone line and a phone jack splitter we are finally in business.

Everything went well installing the system. I am disappointed that there is only one place where I can be assured of being heard. I expected that would be different.

Relatively easy to order. Would have been nice to have set of user instructions in packaging for recipient so they know what product can and can not do.

Set up was easy including the test portion. My only complaint is that we requested the wristband but received the one to be worn around the neck.

Truly a great experience with this company. Always able to connect with them when needed. They were great when my Mom accidentally hit her button all the time. Sent help when she fell a couple times. Would recommend them to anyone.
