The staff was very pleasant and informative. I received my free lockbox and call necklace quickly. Their price for service was very reasonable.

They have been extremely helpful with getting the system for my mother. Unfortunately before the system arrived my mother fell and broke her hip and is now back in the hospital then back to rehab. They said just mark refused on the package and I will get a full refund.

From the start, Senior Safety was helpful & informative on their products. They were supportive in setting up the system without any issues. My mom had a fall the VERY next day after having the system!! They quickly contacted me & I was able to assist her. Otherwise, she would have been on the floor for hours. Because she could no longer live independently, we returned the system with ease. They prorated our billing. Very professional! Highly recommend!
