My MIL has the fall detector device. It's truly meant the difference between her having to stay at home or being able to go out and be active again. She's fallen once & was afraid to leave her home until receiving Senior Safety. Their Cust service is wonderful, I've spoken with them many times & they're always helpful. They actually called me on a Sunday afternoon to answer a question. We're about 45 minutes away from her & we feel safe knowing if something should happen, help is just a push of a button away. Hopefully it won't happen again, but should she fall again & is unresponsive Senior Safety will be there for her.
