Great Service! Haven't had any emergencies, but I am impressed by the design of the equipment (base unit is difficult to accidentally unplug), as well as the fact that the service gets a signal when the battery runs low on the pendant and they will send a new pendant. Fall detection and water-proof pendant are a must for my Dad!
