We have just acivated our medical alert and so far we are pleased with it. We hope we never have to use it but it is our safety net for our mother now.

I ordered the basic help button package for my mom. I looked at several other companies, and this was the best deal I found. I chose to pay by the month, and I like the fact they don't require a long term contract. I placed my order on Friday afternoon and paid the additional fee for next-day Saturday delivery. The package arrived on Saturday as promised. Setup was simple, just plug it into a phone line and power and it's ready to go. You have to sign an agreement and provide family member contact info to activate the service, this can be done by paper forms (in the box) or online. I did it online in a few minutes. The equipment seems to be high quality, and the help button is quite small and appears well made. Mom hit the button to test it out and we were connected with a representative in under a minute. The representative spoke clearly, was easy to understand, and patiently answered my mom's questions. I feel much better knowing my mom has this service. No complaints so far... 5 stars!
