I would highly recommend this company. I am a 44 year old female with a life threatening cardiac condition that causes me safety issues. I ordered this product because I am frequently alone and wanted the peace of mind that help was always nearby. I have accidentally alerted it twice and both responses to check on my safety came quickly. Since my purchase, my senior mother also ordered her own unit and also seemed pleased.

Super easy to install and test. Customer service was great and answered all my questions and the test went smoothly as well. I did have to get a double connector so that the answering machine and safety box could both be plugged into the back of the phone. ( Mom was using a land line).

Everyone is very helpful. Great company. I had been a customer prior to moving so I contacted them again when I was ready for their service again. Very satisfied.
