I've only had the Senior Safety system for a few days. I was impressed with the people I talked with, when I was looking for a system. The system was shipped very quickly! When I sent a "test"; the operator that answered the call was very polite, and nice; same with the second test using the pendant. This to me is important, as you don't want to feel you are not important to them, nor taking up their time!

All my questions prior to purchase were answered with a quick phone call. Easy to order on line , and product arrived in 2 days. Fast easy to follow set up instructions, and staff at call center were pleasant and knowledgeable. Product was purchased for my mom, and she like it.

We got this system for my mother-in-law who lives with me. She's 97 yrs. old, uses a walker, in home, has hearing aids and is "physically challenged," as well as technically challenged. Yesterday I had to go to the store. She was just out of the shower & getting dressed. She picked up the "fall-down necklace" and then set it down again (maybe a little too hard). I get a call from Senior Safety saying they detected a fall and she did not respond to their call to the base unit. When I got home (about 15 min. after the call), she was calmly putting on her jewelry, sitting in the bathroom as if nothing had occurred. I asked her and she told me that she heard some music (without her hearing aids in) but didn't know what it was. I called Senior Safety and told them "false alarm." Thank goodness.

I ordered my Senior Safety kit on Sunday, got it on Wednesday. Super simple to set up and got an instant response from the set up team. Little did I know that I would get to try it for real that very night. Everything went like clockwork. I couldn't be more pleased. The team even called back in about an hour and asked if everything was ok. Can't get better than that.
