Senior Safety is the BEST!!! Last September 11, 2017, my elderly brother, who is single and lives alone discovered he had cancer. We had been looking for a while for a Sr Alert type of service and by chance I came across Senior Safety while surfing online. I called the 800 number and spoke with a Ron Helford in customer services. He took the time to explain the ordering process, billing/contracts to be signed and receiving/setting up of this service.. When we got the alert box, wristband and lock box I had some difficulty getting connected and call the customer services and by luck got Ron again. Still patient he walked me through successful connection and also tested back with with. During these last 11 months my brother had to use this Alert Service 6 times and each time Senior Safety was timely, supportive, compassionate and updated us through the process. I have shared this service info with my co-workers, friends and families who may have elderly living alone at home and to use this wonderful life saving services & people like Ron Helford is what make one company stand out from the rest in the same field................ :-)

So far we are extremely please with Senior Safety. It was easy to set up. We tested it and everything is working fine. This gives us peace of mind knowing that if my mom needs help, she can push a button.

Such a pleasant experience, easy process, straight forward, no hidden costs, easy setup, most importantly, every individual was nice, courteous and so helpful. Older people prefer writing a check to pay bills and Senior Safety, unlike most others, allow bill pay by check. Thank you senior Safety!

I placed the order and received it in 3 days. It was very easy to set up and I have peace of mind knowing my dad isn't home alone when I have to run an errand.

The service was very good. I had lots of questions. They were patient and answered everything respectfully. Fortunately, we have not had to use the services, but feel safer because we are part of Senior Safety.

My son came over and hooked everything up. Then we tested the main box and it worked fine. I haven't tested the necklace yet and I suppose I should since I've showered a number of times wearing it and will get to that soon. Thank you so much. I just got the Mobile GPS for my mom in law who will be released in the next 2 weeks from rehab and I wanted to be ready so she will be able to continue to live alone as desired. The company is excellent, efficient, easy to communicate with. The system is easy to use (with the Mobile GPS, it's just plugging in the charger into an outlet and charging the pendant, nothing to do with landlines) and can I just say how impressed I was when I tested it?? I took it with me to the rehab which is couple miles from her home and pressed the button to test it. They answered within 30 seconds and I told them I was testing it and then asked if they could tell me my current location. Within seconds, they told me the exact address of the rehab center! After visiting mom in law, I went back to her home to plug it into the charger and decided to add an extension cord so it would reach the bedside table on the side she sleeps on...and I must've accidentally did something with the pendant when doing this and it said, "Fall Detection, fall detection" and within seconds, the person came on and asked if everything was okay. How can I not love it? I know it works and the system I got gives me peace of mind because I have the app that can track her even it is miles from home, shows a map of her exact location with an address.

I signed up for Senior Safety on the telephone after reviewing it online. The customer representative was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions. The unit showed up at my house a day early and my daughter set it up for me. When we tested it the response time was great. The person that responded spoke clearly and quite loud. Even I could hear her from across the room. I asked questions regarding what to expect when I pushed my new wrist band button and the lady was very helpful. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it yet. I would recommend Senior Safety.
