I was unable to sign my signature to DocuSign document. I have limited capacity to complete all document signatures.

Everything was quite clear and when I had a question I got a prompt answer on the phone. The only surprise I had was that there were two different names Senior Safety and Vial of Life, which I did not understand.

I think its great. I feel more safe when I am alone. Knowing help is just a button away.

I ordered the system for my mother online, which was a very easy process and the device arrived in a timely manner. However, I requested the wrist band, which was not included so I needed to call to request. The set up is quite easy, but the directions do not provide enough detail. Why would you not state that the phone is plugged into the base and the cord into the wall, my 88 year old mother would not have figured that out based on the very limited instructions included.

Very good so far more reviews to come later.

Very good service but when completing set up test, the alarm center had the wrong person and that person was in Florida, not Idaho! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

Received the device within two days and tested it and response was immediate.

have only had the unit for approx. 3 weeks so far so good
