I spent $60.90 on a flower arrangement for my mom's birthday, only to be notified via email that a completely different flower arrangement would be sent to her because mine "wasn't available," even though it was listed on the website and confirmed to be delivered. There was never an option to pick a different arrangement myself, instead they just picked another one with no regard to what I wanted after I gave them my credit card information. When I told them that this was unacceptable, they offered me a gift certificate and a $9 refund. I literally had to threaten to dispute the charge on my credit card before they refunded me in full. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for flowers. I would have selected 0 stars if possible.

I ordered a beautiful fall arrangement with variety of different flowers delivery on Saturday. Recipient received five roses in a clear vase on Sunday. Stay away!

Flowers arrived 40 minutes after the latest time which they say they deliver.They look nothing like the flowers which are in the photo.Three of the Roses curled up around edges and dying.I would not recommend anyone using this company.I've had nicer fresher flowers from Supermarkets. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely the worst service and unable to speak English.

I would give this place a zero if possible. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandchildren and paid $18 to have them delivered same day. They never received them. When I called they refunded only $11 and said they’d send them through a different place for the next day. The next day came and still they never got delivered. I again called to find out what the problem was and they apologized and offered to again do the same thing they’d done the day before. I just said I wanted a full refund. This place is a JOKE!!!!! Complete incompetence!!! Never ever use this place!!!!

Please nobody should go near this site. They are complete thieves. What they deliver is nothing like the pictures. Spent $130 on 2 flowers and when they delivered I was shocked. My sister just had a baby and it was supposed to be a surprise. I have tried speaking to them and they just refunded me $13 and think that's it. Stay away from them as the flowers on their website is probably stolen off pages of proper flower websites. These are complete frauds. I wish I read other people's reviews before buying. I am so sad and disappointed

They took my order and money. They did not deliver the order. This is a bad company.

I ordered an amazing looking bouquet for my niece who was admitted to the hospital for the first time ever. I love 600 miles away so I wanted to let her know I am thinking of her. What I ordered and what was delivered are not even close to looking a like. I get that the site says that they can substitute but they also say they will stick as closely as possible with flower types to the arrangement you order. I ordered a colorful arrangement in a bee cup with little bees in the flowers. It had roses and other colorful flowers. She got a bouquet with a stuffed animal bee and yellow and white flowers and that was it. I’m so disappointed and had to explain to her those weren’t what i ordered and sent her a pic of what I ordered. This is totally unacceptable to me. I want a full refund and if they have to go back and pick up the flowers then fine take them back. They look cheap compared to the ones I picked out and ordered. Plus if I wanted a stuffed animal I would have ordered one. She isn’t an infant so that is the last thing I wanted to send her. I wanted something colorful to make my niece smile not a colorless bouquet. I am NEVER using this company again. I would recommend anyone thinking of this company should run the other way.
