If I could rate this company a -1 I would. The worst!!! Ordered my wife 2 dozen roses with balloons to be delivered on Valentines Day. Put order in 1 week early prior to delivery, was suppose to be delivered by 12 noon, called the company and they told me they would be delivered the day after Valentines Day. I told them to cancel the order, he told me he could only refund 30% of the $200.00 I spent. The worst, my credit card charge will be disputed and I will win. A worthless company. No way they should be in business!!!

Worst company my boyfriend order ahead of Valentine’s Day flowers to my office I never received them. Tried to call customer service I never get a hold of nobody. Definitely a bad company all around it.

The site promised same day delivery but told me it would take 3 days after I paid to have sent next day. Then tried to talk me out of a refund. I would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered flowers for my wife on her Birthday, the flowers we got were right but were old and wilting, did not even look appealing. Will not be using Send Flowers again. Look at your receipts when you get your flowers mine said Albertsons was where they came from so I could have just gone to Albertsons grocery store and bought the same crap!

Don’t bother spending time selecting any particular bouquet. Send Flowers will deliver whatever they have to hand. I ordered a bouquet called lavish lavender. What was delivered was a bunch of pinks and reds, perfect for your granny maybe, but not when my friends father had just passed. The 1 star is for speedy delivery of the disappointing bunch. The following customer service was slow and they were reluctant to make any compensation, despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Very, very poor at every level.

Worst company to do business with. Ordered , same day delivery, flowers for a friend in the hospital. Two days later was e-mailed that they were not delivered and to contact them. To make this story short, I have spent much time on the phone, have been promised by supervisors many times that they would be delivered and after 8 days still no delivery with more excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a bouquet ('Poetry in Purple Bouquet' #103-269-733)to be delivered on February 8th 2023. A bouquet was delivered on time and to the correct address, however the bouquet delivered was not the one I ordered. Instead the recipient received a bouquet of two red carnations and numerous pink daisies. She loves purple. She does not like pink nor red; of which both colors were present in the bouquet she received on Wednesday. I am disappointed that my order wasn't important enough to get correct. A$46.13 disappointment.

Terrible experience. I ordered deep purple roses and got pink ones with edges dipped in purple. Absolutely awful.The purple was all over the box and paper. To make matters worse, they didn't refund my money. Stay FAR away from this company.
