I ordered a fruit basket and paid extra for Christmas Eve delivery. My mother-in-law received flowers on December 22. The flowers were beautiful, and my mother-in-law loved them. However, it's not what I ordered and they were delivered on the wrong date. I tried calling customer service to verify that she hadn't received someone else's order, and the only response I got was, "Well, it was delivered!" So we got something nice, but it was definitely not what was ordered.

I really wish I had read the reviews first. The flowers I ordered were not what was delivered. Half the size, missing certain items. Just very disappointed. Customer service gave me back 20% they should have given me 50% since that is what was received. Do NOT order from this company. I know I never will again!!! What was sent was so embarrassing.

This company lied and said an ordered was delivered when it wasn’t. It was for a friend that was recovering from a cancer treatment. Stay away!

I ordered flowers for my first cousin's funeral on December 6, 2022. The funeral was December 10, 2022. The cost was $144 41. The flowers 💐 were never delivered. I requested a refund, and received a full refund! They tried to get me to give the flowers to living relatives. I said NO! This company is a scam!

I ordered flowers, balloon, and cookies to be delivered to my daughter. I normally look at the reviews before buying anything but this time I didn’t. About 30 minutes after I placed my order, it dawned on me that I forgot to read the reviews. I was shocked at the reviews and was fearful something would go wrong but my order was delivered on time. The flower arrangement looked like the picture online and my daughter said the cookies were delicious. So, I am pleased!

They could not get the address right (twice). Said there was no such address at 5PM on delivery day (address was correct on order). Called and gave them the home address and they said it would be delivered between 5PM and 7PM that night. Two days later is was delivered (no call to me, per my instructions). They told the my fiend that I had given them a wrong address as reason it was two days late.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Never use this service, at any expense! They were supposed to deliver to a wake on Sunday Nov 20th, the flowers never arrived. I spent over 2 hours dealing with customer service who then said they'd get them to the funeral location by 9am on Monday Nov 21st. That never happened. Spent another 1 hour trying to get answers. The flowers were never delivered (at this point they owe me....). How embarrassing! I mean get your poop in a group, we were counting on this delivery as respect from our family, what a joke! Futhermore, they said they'd send flowers to a house to make up for their error. Has the house gotten the flowers, nope! They lied about that too - they should be shut down! How shameful!

Liars. Awful service. Flowers that were supposed to arrive on a birthday (that I paid extra expedited fee for) arrived late. When I checked in on their status the night they were to be delivered…they lied and said they were out for delivery. When they still hadn’t arrived the next evening, I told them to cancel the order. They convinced me to take a 50% refund and I agreed. I then received a 25% credit card refund and an additional 25% store credit for a vendor I never want to use again. Awful. Flowers themselves were mediocre, but I don’t blame the florist the order was wired to. I would tell all florists not to do business with this company
