Send FlowersReviews of sendflowers.com

Yup. Wish I had read these damn reviews first. Absolutely incompetent bunch of morons. Ordered same day delivery, got an email saying it was delivered. Surprise surprise, no delivery. Spoke to a few people in the Philippines. All absolutely useless. Lost the money, didn't get the flowers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Tried to order flowers for VD. Within an HOUR OR TWO I found a better offer on another site. I IMMEDIATELY tried contacting FYF Sendflowers to cancel the order. After wasting my time with their bot I called "customer service". Their rep told me no problem, they'll cancel the order. I asked for an email confirmation. Their rep also said no problem, they'll send the requested cancellation confirmation email. The next morning I checked my email. NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION! I tried calling them immediately as well as emailing them. All I received was more lies and an absolute refusal to honor what their employee told me! THERE IS NO DISCLAIMER ON THEIR WEBSITE REGARDING CANCELLATION! After reviewing my bank account I found they did not cancel the order as they assured me they would. I've disputed the charge based on the deceptive, fraudulent business practices they engage in but the bank isn't help. Stay very, very far away from this merchant. It appears to be a storefront for deceptive, very questionable business practices aimed at making it impossible for consumers to rightfully exercise their rights.

I ordered flowers about two weeks before Mother's day. The total came to $86.00. The flowers were never received. I notified send flowers who apologized in what seemed to be a generic letter with a few changes here or there. They offered $19.00 back, though the overseas customer service assured me that my money would be returned...twice. I will NEVER order with Send flowers again! Mistakes are made, but after a mistake is made, then a customer should be made whole; a $19.00 feel better, pat on the back is not necessary when you've spent almost $100.00.

I ordered flowers, chocolate, and balloons from this company. They send me a delivery confirmation mail and I think all is good. But then I ask the received, who tells me that nothing has been delivered. I call the company and the phone is being answered by an Indian guy, who promise me to do something. I also write to them about the missing delivery, but nothing happens. Then I call the company during working hours and get a reply. They investigate and finds out that the package has not been delivered but offers me to send it 4 days delayed without any refund. When the package finally arrives, the content is very disappointing, the flowers is only half size of what is showed on their web page, chocolate is miniature size, and one balloon is missing. So, for more than 100 USD, I get nothing but trouble and disappointment. Dont ever use this Company.

Run for the hills, ordered delivery for today for our wedding anniversary and received an email stating that it was delivered. It was not. Called them twice, they say for privacy purposes they can't give me the name of the florist. They insist it was delivered, offered a 20% refund with delivery tomorrow. Tried to explain to the guy our anniversary was today, not tomorrow and again requested a full refund. He then offered 40% then 60%. Supposedly going to give me a full refund, we shall see. Bottom line, it's not the refund, it's the deceit.

Ordered flowers this morning very last minute. Was a little concerned when I read the reviews but the flowers arrived and they are beautiful. Perfect flowers and great service.

This company is ridiculous. The flowers I ordered were not delivered after 3 days calling they offered me a 20%refund. Unacceptable! This company possibly is a scam. BEWARE

Sendflowers.com started out as a difficult e-commerce business took me around 12 hours to place a $1,126 order. After the order was placed I was assured I would get a confirmation (never did) called back only then they sent me 7 different order numbers for 1 transaction. These flowers are for a funeral however they refused to deliver it and I never received a cancelation correspondence, only after I called did I find out my large order was canceled because they thought it was a duplicate order? Out of the 7 items I ordered only 2 were delivered, I guess they didn't think those were duplicate ????? The different items were considered duplicate ?? Needless to say this funeral can't be delayed because sendflowers.com doesn't know how to run their business practice. I sincerely do hope they get audited
