After delivering they told me they had substituted a different arrangement, because they didn’t have the one I ordered. They should have told me before, so I could have cancelled. The also kept adding more to the price every time I looked at the order. Bad policies. Bad company.

This company has NO INTENSION of improvement. This company is falsifying products from other companies.

The flowers were ordered and paid for but never delivered. They did not bother to contact me to let me know that there would be no delivery , and I am still waiting on a refund. Customer support was hard to understand and kept making excuses and very rude. I’m about to call my bank and claim fraudulent charges. I wish we could give 0 stars because this company is a total scam.

They promised same day delivery. It was not delivered when I called they told me it would be delivered the next day and gave me a credit due to not delivered on correct day. Still not delivered on next day now there excuse cant find a florist to deliver in area so they will deliver 4 days later. I ask to cancel and refund since they cannot keep their promise Now they offer me a free bouquet for $50 why would I trust them to deliver it.

My fiancé never received the flowers I ordered and paid for. I called the service line which is serviced by a call-center in India and whose attendants have a very heavy accent that is difficult to understand. I was told that the flowers were delivered. I assured the attendant they were not as my fiancé was home all day and they never arrived. The attendant then informed me that they needed 48 hours to investigate the matter. I then asked to know the name of the actual florist that was to deliver the arrangement and was told it was against company policy to disclose that information. So I paid all most $200 dollars for flowers that as of 72 hours since ordering have not been delivered and I cannot even discover the actual florist that was supposed to be handling the order and I have no recourse. I asked for a refund of my money and they said they would not refund until they had finished investigating the matter. 3 days later, no flowers, no information and they have my money.

Image of bouquet showed several roses, the actual bouquet had only one. It was also about half the size of the image I ordered. It sucked🙄

Terrible business... we ordered flowers for new baby on Wednesday to be delivered to hospital Thursday morning. Thursday evening we were informed delivery was not made. My wife requested flowers be delivered instead to house on Friday (as momma and baby were heading home). Friday afternoon we were told that the item ordered was unavailable and they substituted something else... we have no idea what was delivered. TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE sendflowers.com!!

Only issue I had was the fact no one knocked or rang the doorbell, just left the bouquet sitting on the front steps. Wife just happened to notice it otherwise it probably would have sat outside all night. Most likely young delivery people with no (zero) sense of what is right or responsible.
