They scammed my 95-year-old mother!!! She found them online, called them, and ordered a gift shown on their website. She did not get an email confirming the order. She called them back the next day and they told her, "We never charge you until it's delivered." I won't go into the whole story. They DID charge her and nothing was delivered. Liars and cheats!

Will never order from again. I was told my order was delivered and my recipient did not receive it and SendFlowers said they would deliver new ones the next day, that never happened. At least I got a full refund.

What I ordered versus what was sent is ridiculous. They sent me a $12 refund on a $87 order. Not even the same flowers were sent. Do not use!

I tried to order flowers for my girlfriend. The price said 31,99 + 2,99 same day delivery which i thought was a fair price. but when i try to pay with paypal it tries to charge 58,99. If you dont look close you could get scammed. Same with their other website Fromyouflowers. Stay away

Ive ordered a Bouquet from Germany for the birthday of my friends wife. They have called me to verify my order for ALMOST 10 MINUTES!! And they asked me questions like: in what relation are you with the Receiver and your wife. WTF And more personal questions. Ive cancelled the order

Very bad experience!!! I was suppose to have flowers delivered for a family members funeral which I was unable to attend. I was informed the day of at 4:37pm that they were unable to find a shop to deliver. Why advertise same day delivery or even take orders you can't fulfill. They sent me approximately 4 email stating they emailed and called, there were ZERO calls; THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The photo of the bouquet of flowers on the website is completely different from the one received. A complete scam.

Horrible experience. Ordered two bouquets but only one arrived. The other never showed up. Then tried to call the agency and got redirected to the supervisor. This honk then tried to look up something in his computer and cut the phone call with it… just gutted and want my money back! Also worth to mention: they called one of the recipients one day before the delivery to check if the phone number is working!? Why would you do that!? Ruined the suprise with it… just menace..
