I recently ordered potted plants for my aunt’s birthday, expecting it to match the images and description on website. However, when the plants were delivered, I was extremely disappointed to see that they looked nothing like the ones advertised.The pot was different. This is unacceptable, as I trusted your service for a special occasion.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery for my mom’s birthday. Unfortunately, the flowers were unable to be delivered due to the local vendor (florist) not having the time to crate the bouquet and deliver it. I was agitated but I understood. Customer service then told me I would get the same day delivery fee refunded to my account (which it did) since the delivery was unable to be made. They told me that my order would be delivered the next day to which I discovered didn’t happen either. After talking to customer service again, they said that they couldn’t locate a florist but that it would be guaranteed delivery the next day as they found one for the next day. It is now the next day and so far, no flowers have been delivered. I contacted customer support again and instead of giving me the usual, quick response of they were unable to be delivered today, I was told that the local vendor was checking their delivery receipts and that Send Flowers would contact me with verification that the delivery was made. So, it’s possible that it could be delivered today, but as of now, no flowers have been delivered. I understand that this is not Send Flowers fault but rather the lack of florists available, but it is very disappointing that the flowers didn’t show up for my mom’s birthday. Customer service has been great and very understanding.

I live abroad. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday who lives in San Diego. I paid $53. My wife did not receive the flowers. I informed the company. They apologized and refunded $17 a day later and said they would send the flowers. They did not send the flowers. Finally they refund full but no flowers

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend funeral service but, they weren’t able to deliver it on that specific date. They gave no reason other than they could not deliver it. I prefer to give them “No Stars” but I had to give them 1 to be able to place this review. Wished I seen these reviews before I ordered. Don’t use this company!

I don’t want to even give this place a one star. I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement and what I received is a hot mess. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even ordered from this place. Stay away Be aware that you will not get what you ordered. Oh, I was told I would get a 30% refund. The order was over $130 and they sent me $17 as a refund.

I paid $120 for deluxe flowers and per their website if you pay for deluxe flowers it will look similar and include the major flowers in the pictures. The flowers came one order didn’t have the main flower and the other order looked shabby. No wonder they have to pay for their ADs!!!! Cause their service aren’t doing it! I’m so frustrated and upset with this whole experience.

Never delivered the flowers. I called at end of day. Said they would give me 20% discount and deliver tomorrow. Anniversary was today. Tomorrow is too late. They then tried to haggle with me about my money! Said, 30 % refund, and deliver tomorrow. This continued until finally they stopped! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I spent $40 dollars and my best friend NEVER received any flowers. nothing. you guys even called me the day before to confirm the order. how do I get a refund
