My first impressions was not good. I was confused about entering the information on their website and put in the recipient email address as the contact instead of mine. When I didn't get any confirmation I thought that I'd been scammed. I even had someone phone them to confirm the order but they couldn't find any record of it. I decided to leave it to see if my plant arrived and it did, right on the correct date and in good condition. My sister had been receiving emails from them instead of me. So thanks and I obviously put the wrong address as the main contact. My mistake.

Despite a wrong address in the file the customer support answered always within 5 minutes. The flowers arrived on time and the result was amazing. Bouquet was as described. Props to the super fast and friendly customer support.

Do not use! I ordered flowers for my nieces 18th birthday paid €98 was supposed to be delivered next day, the next day I receive an email saying due to the fact that they didn’t have fresh flowers they could not deliver, next day still not delivered and it’s still in the process

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered balloons for my sister for her birthday. The balloons got to the house where she was staying and the balloons that were sent looked nothing like the balloons I ordered. It would have been better not to send anything than to have her receive the embarrassing "arrangement" that was delivered to her. When I sent e-mails to complain, I got a response telling me that 20% would be credited to me. I said that was unacceptable, and got a second response saying I would receive a $20 gift card. $20 would buy nothing on that website, and I refuse to give this company any more money. Terrible product and terrible customer service.Update: After several angry e-mails from me, the company did refund my money and had flowers delivered to my sister . They did the right thing inthe end.

They did the old bait and switch with me. My friend is in the final stages of her life, and she loves yellow roses. I picked a beautiful bouquet with yellow roses and yellow lilies. When the bouquet came, there was no roses and 2 lilies. They actually did bring the "correct" one. Correct meaning there was yellow roses, but no lilies just carnations. And it wasn't a very pretty bouquet. I wanted to do a nice thing to brighten my friends last days, and they ruined it! Please don't let them ruin a special occasion for you like they did me.

Not trustworthy at all. I ordered 2 dozen of roses on 4-3-2025 to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday 4-11-2025 the flowers hasn’t arrived yet.

Like everyone else, the website did the classic bait-and-switch tricks (showing a low price, then saying that size arrangement is suddenly "not available", only same thing for more $, adding an undisclosed "service fee" at last moment after you entered all your info, etc.) Then they charged my card, but never delivered the flowers. But kept claiming they are scheduled, until I finally called at 8pm and the basically said they never intended to deliver them because "no local florist was available." So I missed the birthday. And actually had the nerve to try to offer me a "PARTIAL refund". I am serious.

The team provided several amends, including a different floral arrangement plus offering partial reimbursement such as the same-day shipping I had paid for. When I expressed my preference for a full refund, they issued it without hesitation, showcasing their competence and professionalism. Throughout the process, they apologized sincerely, which I greatly appreciated. They responded in a warm and personable way, showing that someone in real time was reading my concerns and questions. Ultimately, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received, and their commitment to making things right restored my faith in their brand.
